From design to installation, commissioning, and completion of LNG (pipeline gas, coke oven gas), including the installation of other moving equipment, I would appreciate it if someone could provide a schedule for reference – how much time is required for the various milestones

How large of a project does the poster need? Generally, a skid-mounted LNG liquefaction plant can be fully completed in 7 to 10 months.
1.5 years for design, 1 year for civil construction and installation, starting from pipeline pressure testing

It’s more or less the same as what’s mentioned above; the key factors are the environmental impact assessment and the speed of construction. The civil work takes around 4.5 months, while the installation of mechanical equipment and pipelines takes about 6 to 8 months, after which testing begins.
You have forgotten another procedure to complete, and it’s extremely time-consuming and tedious!
