S7300 failure

Our factory uses a set of S7300 systems, with the CPU being 315-2DP. There’s a problem now, and I’d like to consult you all on it. The CPU SF and BF flash occasionally; whenever they flash, all the pumps stop, and then the pumps restart on their own once normal operation is resumed. I was wondering if there’s a communication issue, but the IM153 connector at the substation isn’t reporting any well status either. If there’s a communication issue, the data below shouldn’t be lost. Please help analyze this; I’m really stuck. Thank you
BF stands for BUS FAIL, so we should still check the Profibus circuit issues. It can be connected to Step 7; in the hardware configuration, there is a diagnostic buffer.
I used to use the 315-2DP+IM153 setup, and encountered similar problems; after replacing the PROFIBUS cables and MPI connectors, the issue was resolved. MPI connectors cannot be bought domestically; they must not be purchased from domestic suppliers! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
I have encountered a similar problem with DP and upper-level communication: the terminal resistors were not in the ON position, which caused intermittent communication issues; even though the distance was only 1 meter, there were still problems.
Is there still this problem at a distance of one meter? I welded the DB9 connector myself; it doesn’t have any termination resistors or anything, but it still works, right?
It’s strange. Previously, I had two operating systems; when the terminal resistor was set to ON on one of them, powering it down would affect the data communication with the other one.
It is likely due to a communication failure; one communication cycle lasts around 200 ms. Once this time limit is exceeded, the data from the distributed templates, except those in the main rack, are automatically sent back to their safe positions. By increasing the sampling frequency for analog data recordings, it is sometimes possible to observe the data returning to 0
Generally, such issues are caused by soft faults. You might consider backing up the data before stopping the device, then formatting the storage card, reinstalling the software, and using software to check for any hardware errors. If there are no hardware problems, conduct an online check to see if there are any conflicts in certain settings, and consider resetting those settings.
