An answer is needed for this question; it seems like there’s something wrong with how this question was formulated ! !

Reasons for the too low liquid level in the side tower: the oil product is too heavy, and too little feed enters the side tower. If the top reflux is increased, the liquid level in the reflux tank cannot be maintained; therefore, the temperature at the top of the distillation column should be raised to make the components entering the side column heavier, thereby establishing an appropriate liquid level and ensuring the necessary amount of reflux. At this point, the parietal return flow should decrease to ensure outward discharge. This is just my personal opinion for reference only; I am not aware of the actual situation
