One workplace is great during interviews, while another workplace is terrible during actual work

One of the companies I interviewed with had an excellent work environment; it clearly had the atmosphere of a large company. But the trial work was held at another location, which was terrible... The chopsticks I used for eating felt like they were about to break! It’s not easy to find a job. I hated this company from the first day – how could I stay there any longer?

I have that feeling very much. Appearing respectable, but the employees suffer in silence.
Well, if you make it to management, then you’ll be in a great position.
What a hassle… Many companies are in the same situation, struggling to find a decent place to operate from.
What really matters is how much salary you get; what’s the use of a great working environment if that’s not the case?
