Does an economizer need insulation?

Our factory is currently using 50 kcal large-capacity screw refrigerators; is it necessary to insulate the economizer? There is another question: is it possible to stop the oil pump during operation?
An economizer is not necessary; does the operation of the economizer allow the fuel pump to be stopped?
Does the freezer require a factory building? If not, it depends on the local climate
It must be kept cold. The economizer is used in low-temperature conditions; insulation is essential. The oil pump must not be stopped while it is in operation.
