What are the anti-freezing measures for the pipelines at the tank dehydration outlet? The valve cover of the drainage valve is leaking; the liquid level in the tank is high and space is limited, making it impossible to transfer oil. How can the valve be replaced? ? ? Is there any good way?
Install electric heating; if it’s not possible to handle it right away, use a clamp for now, and replace the valve when there’s an opportunity.
This post was last edited by liuquan1100 on 2016-3-22 08:26. For heating purposes, if the pressure is not high, a plug can be used to seal the leak; it should be replaced after backflow occurs. If it can be isolated separately, it can also be removed and then replaced
Heated tracing is provided for heavy oil products, while water in light oil products is removed to ensure that the valves are filled with oil; regular inspections should be carried out. The valve can only be replaced or secured with a clip; there is no other way.
The water cut-off pipes and valves for light oils can be insulated with asbestos, as water cutting occurs frequently. If possible, it is best to use dual-valve control.
