Standard GB50759, \"Code for Oil and Gas Recovery during Oil Product Loading,\" specifies that oil and gas recovery systems must be installed in loading systems for aromatics, gasoline, naphtha, etc. Then, do storage tanks used to hold these substances also require oil and gas recovery systems?
