Reboiler material inlet line

Is there a specified diameter for the material inlet pipeline of the distillation column reboiler? What will happen if the pipeline is too thin?
This post was last edited by ylb913 on 2016-6-18 at 13:03. If the pipeline is too small, the flow rate of the liquid phase entering the reboiler is insufficient. Won’t the flow stop when it gets down to zero? All of this can be calculated; they are empirical formulas derived from the combination of theory and practice.
Import resistance is high, the thermosiphon driving force is low, the vaporization volume in the reboiler fails to meet the design requirements, and the operating load decreases.
Is it a design issue or an overload?
