What issues should be considered when starting up an MTO plant? What problems have people encountered during the startup process, and how were they resolved? Any good suggestions for the next start of work can be discussed here so that we can all improve together.

It’s my first time driving, and the design institute provided all the information regarding normal situations. However, there will be some issues that aren’t mentioned in the books during the driving process; I hope those who have experience driving can share the problems they encountered, so as to help us avoid them.
The fuel gas fails to reach the liquid state; there is high vibration in the pumps; the slide valves do not function properly; there are significant design flaws in the heat tracing system; the methanol pipelines lack proper sealing for waste gas discharge; condensed water cannot be removed and is discharged directly; the liquid level in the steam drum fluctuates greatly, preventing the use of three-stage impulse control; insufficient nitrogen is used during startup heating; catalyst deposits block the pipes; a vacuum cannot be created; the catalyst is damaged beyond acceptable limits; oxygen levels in the water system are too high, and so on

I hope everyone will attach the specific solutions! Find a way to heat the liquid, increase the heat exchange temperature, and at the same time accelerate the drainage to prevent clogging of the burner.
