Leak in the seal water heat exchanger

For four-nozzle water-coal slurry, two of our company’s production facilities use Huali’s four-nozzle gasifiers; the seal water coolers in these units are leaking. These two coolers were manufactured by different manufacturers. Have any of my colleagues encountered such a problem? Apart from blocking the pipes, are there any other measures to prevent leaks?
Mine is leaking too; I’ve had to weld it back together no less than 4 times already.
We have clogged 50 pipes already

What material are you choosing over there? Stainless steel?
Mine also leaks; not only has it been welded up 5 times, but the internal tube bundle of the heat exchanger was also replaced. On the one hand, optimize the quality of circulating water ； On the other hand, replace the material of the inner tube bundle.
Why is a different material chosen for replacing the tube bundle material?
