Water often accumulates in the cable trench, and there is a risk that the cables might get flooded. A water pump was installed on site to pump the water out; the pump starts operating as soon as water reaches the level of the cables. However, it’s not possible to keep checking the water level underground constantly. So we added a radar level gauge, along with a digital display. But how can the digital display be used to control the water pump? ?
It depends on the functions of the digital display. When the water level reaches the set value of 1, alarm 1 is triggered – an output signal is sent, and the pump starts. When the water level drops to the set value of 2, alarm 2 is triggered – the output signal is sent and the pump stops. It’s more or less this approach: find the manual for the digital display, study its functions, and then the problem will be solved.
