Hello, all experts and friends! What are the reasons for the high or low pH value of demineralized water? (Our company’s demineralized water is produced using an ion exchange system; the process involves sand filtration – carbon filtration – cation exchange resins – anion exchange resins – mixed-bed resins – and a demineralized water tank. Samples are taken from this demineralized water tank.) Thank you, everyone!
The pH value was not properly controlled during regeneration.
It’s likely that there is a problem in the production process involving the anion exchange bed, cathion exchange bed, and mixed exchange bed for desalinated water. The troubleshooting should be carried out in reverse order; check first whether the resin has become ineffective and needs to be regenerated
