I would like to ask everyone: what is the annual corrosion rate of 304 steel due to 27% hydrogen peroxide? Used as storage tanks.
Corrosion definitely occurs; there are no specific figures for the annual corrosion rate. What’s your temperature, and what’s the pressure? You can choose 304+anti-corrosion or carbon steel+anti-corrosion; the former is more expensive.
The catalytic decomposition of hydrogen peroxide by 304L stainless steel needs to be taken into consideration; corrosion resistance is less important in this regard
