Employee self-discipline is needed, as well as corporate training to improve management levels.

Our factory uses internal short-number mobile phones for communication; everything is handled via mobile phones, and it’s impossible to stop employees from using them. Even in the control room, where there are surveillance cameras, people still use their phones
Block signals and collect them centrally~~~~~ Phones without signals are not very useful; watching movies or playing games is possible since the signals can be captured easily. It’s relatively safer not to use such phones for chatting or surfing the Internet
Put everything away before going to work; you can only use your phone once you leave the work area. In case of an emergency, contact via walkie-talkie or landline
