I’m not sure whether the fully PTFE-lined rotameter and PTFE-lined valves meet your requirements However, rotameters do not have high precision.
Typically, the minimum flow rate for floats can reach 3 L/h. Moreover, smaller Monel alloys are difficult to work with; it is recommended to consider using small imported turbines
Use a mass flow meter with a PTFE lining; in an environment where material feeding is involved and high precision is required, such a mass flow meter can achieve an accuracy of 0.1%, and the lining provides corrosion protection.
Can’t we use a stainless-steel vortex flow meter?

The float asked, and it’s possible to achieve a flow rate of 1 L/h at the minimum. The turbine manufacturer was consulted regarding low-flow rates, and it’s not possible to measure such low values.
