Our DCS is also from ABB, it’s the 800F model; currently we use TSC, but the new systems use MOAX408 and 508 to form a ring network. The storm has been encountered before; at that time, ABB used dual network cards for redundancy, and when one of the cards failed, it quickly generated a large number of junk packets that blocked the entire switch.
