I would like to ask those of you who use external compression for cooling: why are there no neon or helium discharge pipes?
The discharge of non-condensable gas from the main cooler has nothing to do with internal or external compression; this feature should be present – go and check it
I agree with what the original poster said; it has nothing to do with internal or external compression, and non-condensable gas removal is what needs to be carried out
The external compression process should even more require these two non-condensable gas purge valves.
Please check again, OP, to see if the neon and helium purge has been incorporated into the contaminated nitrogen pipeline system
The original poster should check again the pipes at the top of the main cold nitrogen side to see if, as mentioned above, they are connected to the waste nitrogen pipeline for heat recovery, rather than being discharged directly into the air
This design mainly takes into account the heat exchange area of the main cooler
Agreed, many are designed that way
