Our factory’s newly commissioned 5.5-meter coke oven has a standard temperature of 1270, corresponding to the flame channel (8; 25) The temperatures can all meet the requirements, but the temperatures at positions 1–6 on the machine side and 27–32 on the furnace side just won’t rise. The temperature of these 12 burners is more than 150 degrees lower than that of the standard burners; as for the furnace nozzles, well, their orifice plates have been removed, so the temperature there is only around 800–900 degrees. The horizontal pipes, tees, vertical pipes, and brick gas ducts are all unobstructed. The pressure of the regenerator gas is 6300, the pressure in the main pipe is 2100, and the orifice plate used is 26 millimeters in size. The diameter of the horizontal tube is 960 millimeters.
Check for leaks in the brick gas channels, and carry out grouting work on the nozzles of channels 1–6 as well as channels 27–32 on the coke side.
What is the coking time? ? ? What is the calorific value of gas? What is the total gas flow rate? ?
I forgot to mention that the grouting was done at an average temperature of 1250 degrees before coal loading
The coking time is 49 hours, and the calorific value is 16.4. The gas flow rate is around 9,500
There’s no need for further research – both the arrangement of the orifice plates and that of the nozzles meet the requirements regarding the standard coking time. Your production process is completely deviated from normal operations, so all such arrangements are ineffective! !
