This is my first time working on tank design, so I hope those with more experience can offer me some guidance. How to determine the type and size of storage tanks for a 6,000-cubic-meter methanol tank, a 4,000-cubic-meter acetic acid tank, and a 3,000-cubic-meter formaldehyde tank?

In accordance with the requirements of current standards, the methanol storage tank with a capacity of 6,000 cubic meters, the acetic acid storage tank with a capacity of 4,000 cubic meters, and the formaldehyde storage tank with a capacity of 3,000 cubic meters all require to be equipped with internal floating roof tanks. The dimensions of the storage tank can be referred to in the standard atlas below.
Can a fixed-roof tank made of carbon steel be used for formaldehyde storage?
Previously, formaldehyde storage tanks were mostly fixed-roof tanks made of carbon steel, but they were gradually replaced by tanks with internal floating roofs, and many components including pipelines were also switched to stainless steel.
The dimensions should be provided to the equipment team as non-standard; if they are unreasonable, they will give feedback. What type of tank should be used for a 4,000 cubic meter acetic acid storage tank? Internal floating roof or arch roof.
Which specific physical property is used as the basis for deciding between fixed-roof storage tanks and internal floating-roof storage tanks? Flash point or vapor pressure?
