Hello everyone. As the title suggests, for such high-power compressors, is it possible to reuse the high-temperature exhaust gases from gas turbines in a similar manner to how they are used to drive steam turbines? What we see now is direct emission; what is the reason for that? Thank you.

Some domestic universities are researching the recovery and utilization of waste heat from high-temperature exhaust gases, such as Nanjing University of Technology.
It can be utilized with an expander; both Kaishan and Jiangxi Huadian should be able to do this. It seems that Kaishan’s ORC technology can be used for this purpose, and if the heat value of the exhaust gas is high, Kaishan should be interested in it
