As the title suggests, in what form are the completion notices for pressure pipelines issued? Does the design unit send it directly to the Provincial Technical and Quality Supervision Bureau where the project is located?
It is recommended to check the relevant requirements of the local quality inspection authorities, as these agencies have regulations regarding format and other aspects.
This is generally arranged by the construction contractor, including providing notification of project commencement before work starts, and, after the construction is completed, notifying the special inspection agency to come to the site for supervision and inspection. Generally, construction companies have very good relationships with these departments; after all, these matters are originally the responsibility of the construction companies.
