If the economizer leaks, the flue gas temperature will drop!
Exhaust temperature – is there a pressure gauge or pressure sensor?
In fact, when there is a leak in the economizer, the most direct effect is a decrease in the flue gas temperature. Others exist in theory, but it is difficult to determine in practice.
If the leakage is large and the flue gas still enters the chimney, water will emerge from the small door at the bottom of the chimney
In my opinion, the methods for determining superheater leakage are as follows: 1. Flue gas temperature (the most straightforward method)； 2. Boiler pressure ； 3. Flow rate into the economizer and out of the economizer ； 4. Is there any leakage from the square manhole at the bottom of the on-site boiler? ； 5. On-site sounds: After a leak, the sound of high-pressure leakage is very noticeable ； 6. If the chimney is still a concrete chimney without desulfurization or denitration systems, the exhaust gas conditions also change.
The most obvious signs are a decrease in the flue gas temperature and water leakage at the bottom of the boiler
