There are several explanations for this, and it seems there is no final conclusion
You should carry out desulfurization first; organic sulfur in gas cannot be removed. The sulfuric acid mother liquor reacts with organic sulfur, which may produce hydrogen sulfide. After benzene washing, an alkaline method is used for desulfurization.
Based on current market conditions, the industrial process of blower -- cooling -- ammonia desulfurization -- ammonium sulfate -- final cooling -- benzene washing -- post-desulfurization is a relatively good one

The high pressure of the gas and its fast flow carry away the salt in mist form; when the temperature rises at the thiamine stage, it precipitates out. Reduce the gas flow rate and pressure; give it a try to see if that helps.
