How to safely get through the winter after the initial installation of the catalytic converters and flue linings? Bake at 350 degrees, and once production starts, bake to 500–550 degrees following the lining baking curve – is this feasible and will it meet the requirements? Which temperature should be used as the reference?
350 can survive the winter; in some areas, the temperature may not reach the level at the top of the regenerator or the settler
Why not just finish drying it? Heating can be installed in these two devices

The initial drying and curing of the lining take about two weeks; after drying, it is necessary to open it up to check the quality of the lining. It is possible that construction defects will be exposed, requiring repairs. In one of CNPC’s companies, after the first drying process of the lining, inspections showed that the quality was unsatisfactory; as a result, the entire lining had to be removed and redone. Therefore, it is recommended to bake at 750 degrees, then cool down and check. There’s no problem closing the manhole for winter.
