Torch management in coal gasification for ammonia synthesis

It’s been a long time since I was in Shanghai Chuan; this is also my first time posting here on Synthetic Ammonia. I’m looking for experts who have good knowledge of the flare systems in coal gasification-based synthetic ammonia plants – how they are managed, what problems may arise, and how to deal with them. :)
It is divided into two flare systems, one being the process gas flare system； One is the ammonia flare system ； The process gas flare system is connected to the flare through normal-temperature and high-temperature main pipes, as well as a low-temperature main pipe. The management tasks mainly involve ensuring that the lights remain lit continuously, regularly checking the drainage from the separation tanks at the bottom of the torches, as well as carrying out regular inspections and maintenance of the remote monitoring and ignition systems along with gas concentration detection devices.
