On April 6, 2006, Zengrong Chemical Co., Ltd. in Xiangshan County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province (which had ceased production), experienced an explosion while using a cutting machine to remove pipes; the residual *** inside the pipes caught fire, resulting in 3 deaths.
