Dear sea friends, the registration for the exam is coming up soon, and I’m extremely frustrated – I just can’t find a company with the necessary design qualifications to provide the stamp, which is really annoying! I would like to ask my friends: is it okay to use the seal of the Highway Bureau (which has the necessary qualifications) for this project qualification stamp, or could the seal of an architectural design firm be used instead? I am in Guangdong; I would be extremely grateful if any friend there could help me with this!

If social security verification isn’t required, it’s fine to get the stamp from another company; but if such verification is necessary, it will be quite difficult to fake it. I’m also in Guangzhou, and I haven’t seen any information regarding the date by which applications need to be submitted
The qualifications of the architectural design firm are satisfactory based on past experience; the highway authority is not sure – does the highway authority have construction qualifications? The construction is not good

I didn’t pass the professional exam, and my working experience isn’t long enough. I’m not sure if there have been any changes; in the past, social security records weren’t checked, but I’ve heard that in some other provinces, such as Jiangsu, social security records are verified. Anyway, if things remain the same as in previous years, you can just find any design firm to stamp the document for you
How exactly should I do it? By calling the design company to ask?
