A constant red light indicates a confirmed high-intensity alarm; it is necessary to check the alarm code and then refer to the operation manual to determine the cause of the alarm. View alarms in the queue: 1. Press both the Scroll and Select buttons simultaneously; release the buttons when “SEE ALARM” appears on the screen. 2. Press the Select button. 3. If “ACK ALL” appears alternately on the screen, press the Scroll button to display E*T ; Press Scroll again to display the alarm sequence. 4. If “NO ALARM” appears on the screen, go to step 6. 5. Press the Scroll button to view and record each alarm in the queue. The meaning of the alarm codes is shown in the attached table. 6. Press the Scroll button until “E*T” appears on the screen. 7. Exit by pressing the Select button.
Thank you for your helpful assistance. What should I do if I can’t access the menu? Pressing the buttons at the same time doesn’t work either
Total ma55l is not an alarm message; rather, it refers to total mass I, indicating that what is displayed here is the current mass inventory level. Please clean the glass panel and try again.
Check whether the temperature and density are normal, and use the 475 controller to view the alarm codes. . . .
First, check whether the wires connected to the sensor are loose, as well as those connected to the display gauge. If the problem persists, then consult the manual using the fault code, and follow the instructions in the manual to carry out further checks.
