The facility experienced a large-scale power outage, with all compressors and pumps coming to a halt. Once power was restored, how did the facility manage to resume production quickly and efficiently? I hope the experts will kindly share their guidance; the more detailed the steps, the better
First, restart the circulation pump; only then consider turning on the furnace and starting the pumps.
It is best to refer to the operating procedures for this device as well as the relevant emergency plans
Generally, the cyclic hydrogen compressor is started first, followed by the new hydrogen compressor; the furnace is ignited to raise the temperature, and then the pumps are started one after another as feed is introduced
Establish a cycle for the reaction and distillation sections, then start the furnace to raise the temperature and resume feeding to restart production; it would be best to also figure out the sequence in which to turn on and off the pumps in the plant.:)
