I have questions regarding non-destructive testing of pipelines

1. The new regulation states that compressed air pipelines smaller than DN150 are not considered pressure pipelines, but whether non-destructive testing is required remains to be determined. 2. I am currently in Hefei. The Anhui Special Inspection Institute says that no non-destructive testing is required for GC3 pipes, but I couldn’t find any relevant standards or regulations stating this; is such a provision indeed in existence? 3. In the pipeline characteristic table, 13A and 4A are not classified as pressure pipelines by the design institute; however, there is a requirement for compliance with Grade 4 standards as specified in GB20801. Should flaw detection be carried out at a rate of 5%? (The pipe diameters are also all less than DN150.) Thank you everyone, waiting online
In GB/T20801: 6.1.2 The inspection level of pipelines is determined based on the pipeline grade and the severity of cyclic loading conditions: a) The inspection level for GC3-grade pipelines shall be no lower than Grade V, and this Grade V refers to visual inspection. . . If the design documents have no additional requirements, then it is a visual inspection. . . . “Regarding the compliance requirements for level 4 of GB20801, is it necessary to conduct inspections at a 5% rate? This refers to the inspection level IV; it is not a compliance requirement, meaning the RT rate is 5%
Whether non-destructive testing is required has nothing to do with whether it is a pressure pipeline; the non-destructive testing should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the design drawings, or in compliance with the standards GB50184 and GB/T20801.5
