It must have coked up; are the reaction temperatures fluctuating a lot?
It has just been overhauled, and there are very few coke lumps in the settler here!
It is recommended that, if possible, a trend chart of the relevant parameters be created and posted here; this will be more helpful for analyzing the issue you mentioned. :)
It seems that the cinders from the settler have fallen off and blocked the channels in the stripping section. If it can be ruled out as being that case, it is recommended to pay attention to the N2 content during drying – could there be a leak in the stripping section?
Or waiting for the riser piercing~~~?
Of course there will be fluctuations; variations in the inventory in the stripping section inevitably lead to fluctuations in the temperature of the regenerator. If the valve adjustments are not made in a timely manner, then the reaction temperature will naturally fluctuate as well!

One possibility is that the settler liner has come loose, resulting in obstruction in the gas section grid.
