Questions about Bentley probes and preamplifiers

Today I saw a Bentley eddy current sensor with the model number 21000-34-10-00-168-04-02; the preamplifier’s model number is 330180-X1-05, and the module number is 145004-81. The sensor models I’ve seen before all started with 330103 or something similar – how should I interpret this model number? What does X1 of the preamplifier mean, and what does MOD: 145004-81 mean?
That must be Bentley’s acceleration sensor, which is usually installed on the outer surface of the drive shafts and gearboxes to measure vibrations, displacement, and so on. Generally, domestic products are more commonly used for measuring such vibrations, so Bentley models are less common.
X1 was not found in the sample manual. The total length and installation type corresponding to X1. Bentley’s documentation is too poor in terms of openness; my manual is from 2003.
