Dear everyone, I’ve recently come across an environmental protection project that requires the processing of a certain raw material: it contains 10% sulfur and a metal sulfide, with a total sulfur content of 30% and an ash content of 60%. This material is quite expensive, so it needs to be recycled. May I ask how much investment is required for a 10,000 tons per year sulfuric acid production facility, what is the land area needed, and what is the workforce requirement? Which design institutes can do it? Thank you!
From an economic perspective, it would be better not to build new factories for this project; instead, the resources should be allocated to manufacturers that produce sulfuric acid from pyrite, or to those capable of handling them in a suitable manner

The investment for this project is not large; the construction cost should be within 10 million. What’s unclear is how the profitability of its useful components is calculated. Pure sulfuric acid doesn’t generate much profit.
