Regarding the size of the discharge port

Today I noticed that in the company, there are three reaction vessels in one workshop, all with the same production process conditions. The sizes of the relief outlets are: two are DN50, and one is DN100. Why is that? The two that are the same were produced by one manufacturer, while the ones that are different were produced by another manufacturer. Could it be that under the same conditions, with reactors of the same size, the results for calculating the vent openings differ?

It doesn’t seem to be the case. According to the original poster, the two reactors produced by the same manufacturer are both DN50, while the other one is DN100. I don’t know the specifics, so I won’t comment: lol
It doesn’t say whether they’re being used together or not! It’s also possible that specific modifications were requested when the drawings were submitted for review.
