The unit introduces 1.0 MPa steam; how should coordination with the dispatch team be handled?
Here, we usually get in touch with the dispatch team and wait for instructions. While waiting, we switch the low-pressure steam flow to the drum at the plant entrance and open the bottom drain. The steam that arrives does not contain liquid (or contains only a small amount of liquid); reduce the flow of liquid at the bottom, and then it can be directed to various service points~~~~
The first time a certain utility medium is requested, after communicating by phone, we submit a written application; thereafter, we go to the production scheduling department to obtain a \"delivery ticket,\" which is then sent to the unit responsible for managing that utility medium (in the case of steam, it’s the power workshop). Before our steam inlet device valve, there is another valve at the root of the branch point of the main pipe; this valve is under the control of the power plant crew.
(1) Make preparations before introducing steam. ((Processes, safety measures, pipe inspection, etc.)) with detailed confirmation forms; (2) Report to the control room regarding the steam consumption, whether it is intermittent or continuous use, and the planned installation date. (3) Have the dispatch team coordinate the introduction of steam at the planned time; in case of any changes, follow the dispatch instructions.
