Domestic wastewater, meeting Class A standard; sludge concentration in the biological treatment tank is 4000. The COD level of the incoming water is 300, while the ammonia nitrogen level is 33. The dissolved oxygen level in the aerobic zone is around 0.6; the ammonia nitrogen level in the effluent is 9. The blower has been made more powerful, with an air flow rate of 150 M3/min. The inflow rate of water is 2000 L/h, but the dissolved oxygen level still doesn’t increase. However, there are many small bubbles on the surface of the tank
It might be that the sludge concentration is too high, which affects the oxygen transfer efficiency.
