Some people say that to prevent the flame arrester from getting clogged, two flame arresters should be used in parallel, one in use and one as a backup. Isolation valves are installed at both the front and the back, and pressure gauges as well as vent valves are required as well. It ends up being more complicated than a control valve, and the main problem is that there isn’t enough space at the site. Is it really necessary?
