Within the limits set by the hydrogen purity requirements, extending the adsorption time can increase the yield

In my opinion, over 90% of the variability in the hydrogen yield of PSA systems is determined by the system’s process design. What can be done at the operational level is to make slight adjustments to the adsorption time while ensuring that the purity standards of the produced hydrogen are met, as well as to improve the inspection of internal leaks in the valves.
I agree with this view, so there’s no need to pay special attention to time adjustments. The yields are all calculated theoretically, so the range of variation is small.
