Our company acquired a 200,000-ton chlor-alkali plant that has been out of use for almost 3 years. It is equipped with chlorine turbine compressors of type 3H-3 manufactured by AVIC Liming Jinhua Machinery, with an axis power of 395 KW. We are now planning to restart its operation, and maintenance is required. The manufacturer’s quote is 200,000 yuan, and this amount covers only the costs of disassembly and transportation to the factory for inspection, dynamic balancing, reinstallation at the factory, round-trip shipping fees, and instrument checks. If spare parts need to be replaced, an additional cost will apply. I wonder what this price is like? Is it expensive? Mainly, it is said that in China, only Jinxi Chemical produces these chlorine compressors; other repair firms probably can’t fix their machines either, right? If the experts know someone who can fix it, please let me know. Thank you! ! :handshake
If you’re changing the oil, consider our filtration system! !
Personally, I think it’s a bit expensive; wouldn’t it be better for the manufacturer to come to the factory for maintenance? That way, the costs could be reduced.
Both Qiushi and Zhenxing in Hangzhou should be able to be maintained.
Hangzhou Qiushi (it seems to be also called Qixia Machinery)
The price is a bit high; it can be negotiated, or you can look at prices from other manufacturers.
There is another company, Xinjinhua Machinery, that can carry out repairs.
A new one isn’t that expensive either; does it cost 200,000 just for the inspection? :@
Isn’t buying their accessories a free service?
