Catalytic cracking flue gas desulfurization filter

At present, most catalytic cracking units in China are equipped with flue gas desulfurization systems, and our company uses the BELCO process. Our facility started operations around 2010, and the water filters used for post-treatment were not effective; we then began using those made of fiber bundles and fiber balls, but they stopped working after being in use for a while. I was wondering if anyone has any good experience to share in this regard?
Filter type? What is the mesh size of the filter element? We have chosen metal powder sintered wire mesh – have you used it before?
