Hello everyone, how are the performance of Xiangdian motors in your factory? We purchased some Xiangdian motors, and after using them for a while, lubricant seeped into the motors. Upon disassembly, it was found that bearings with sealed covers were used, and there was also an oil filling port at the end of the motor.
I think what you’re saying is nonsense. The bearings of explosion-proof motors and similar devices must have sealing covers; otherwise, lubricant can splash inside the motor and damage the coils. If oil with sealing covers like yours still manages to get inside the motor, it means that your filling nozzle isn’t working properly, the method of filling is incorrect, or the quality of the oil you’re using is very poor.
