“Working principle of the “Intelligent RF Admittance Continuous Level Controller”: The SUB-RA intelligent RF admittance continuous level sensor builds on traditional RF capacitive level detection systems by incorporating more advanced intelligent circuitry. This modulation adds digital processing techniques to the analog signal, thereby eliminating radio frequency interference. The SUB-RA intelligent radio frequency admittance continuous level gauge has a wide range of applications; it overcomes problems such as leakage and wire breaks that often occur with traditional mechanical level gauges, and it also eliminates certain types of non-contact interference. It is particularly suitable for measurements in environments with high temperatures, severe corrosion, strong adhesion, high pressure, and vacuum. A coaxial capacitor is formed by the contact between the rod (cable) sensor element and the medium being measured in the silo. For an electric cavity, C = ε₀ / κ, where ε₀ is the dielectric constant of the air between the two electrodes, and this value is approximately 1 ; ε is the dielectric constant of the medium between the electrodes, and S is the equivalent area between the electrode plates. D is the distance between the two electrodes, Ho is the length of the probe in the air section, and H is the total length of the probe. For a fixed silo, the position of the material remains constant; therefore, S and D are also fixed. It can thus be concluded that the measured capacitance is proportional to the height of the material.
