Do the sulfur dioxide plants use online moisture meters? What model are you using?

I work in quality control and need to understand what’s online.
What is a sulfur dioxide plant? Is it the sulfuric acid production process using metallurgical flue gas? Or the sulfur process for acid production? Is it still the Klaus sulfur recovery unit? Or the regeneration process of desulfurization catalysts using catalytic gasoline adsorption? There are numerous units that involve sulfur dioxide in the manufacturing process, and the material composition, sample conditions, moisture levels, etc., vary from one case to another. There must be analyzers for measuring moisture in these devices, but I don’t know what model they are.
Our company produces liquid sulfur dioxide using sulfur.
