Article 5 Inspection and testing institutions shall be approved by the **General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (hereinafter referred to as the **GAQSIQ)** and obtain the \"Approval Certificate for Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Institutions\" (hereinafter referred to as the \"Approval Certificate\") before they may carry out inspection and testing activities on special equipment within the scope of projects approved for them. According to this regulation, the scope of work for special equipment inspection agencies mainly relates to special equipment ； Belongs to the **General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine ； Regulations on the Management of Safety Production Testing and Inspection Institutions, Article 2: These regulations apply to safety production testing and inspection institutions (hereinafter referred to as testing and inspection institutions) and their personnel who carry out such testing and inspection activities, as well as to the supervision and management of these institutions by the departments responsible for safety production supervision and management and the coal mine safety inspection agencies.
