The wind-facing area of the plate-fin cooler, and the issue of wind velocity! Does the windward area include the fins, or does it refer only to the cross-section of the air duct, with half of that area occupied by the coolant medium and the other half by the air duct? The wind speed is the ventilation volume divided by the total area of all air ducts, right?
Don’t worry about too much; it’s just the core area facing the air.
Oh, I see; it’s not this line. The description of the cooler is very confusing!
