Why is the pressure in the DN350 main pipe 10 kilograms, while the discharge pressure at the end of the DN80 branch pipes is only 3 kilograms? Shouldn’t it be the same?
This post was last edited by ylb913 on 2016-4-28 09:10. The flow rate is too high, resulting in excessive pressure drop in the pipeline. It could be due to flow restriction at the branch valve, or the pressure of the equipment downstream is already very low, with the pressure drop occurring at the valve that restricts flow.
Think about the principle of a jet pump: it’s good enough if nothing is drawn in.
