Collaboration on pipeline stress analysis

The company currently has a project in which the auxiliary pipelines of a low-temperature storage tank (ethylene storage tank) need to be analyzed using CAESAR II 2013. I only have a basic understanding of this software, and I have the following questions； 1. Are there any requirements regarding qualifications for producing the calculation reports resulting from stress analysis using CAESAR II 2013? If so, do these requirements pertain to the company’s qualifications or those of the individuals involved? 2. I’m not too familiar with it, but I think that if one has the qualification for pressure pipeline design, they should be able to carry out stress analysis calculations.
