If the instructions regarding the protective sleeve are not followed and the temperature measurement point is installed in the wrong place, its location should be changed.

Casing damage is a common occurrence; due to factors such as flow velocity, corrosion, and erosion, it is sufficient to strengthen the material and thickness of the protective tube surrounding the thermoresistor. While it’s impossible to guarantee that the casing will never get damaged, it will definitely be in much better condition than before!
