Gentlemen, in your gas holder processes, are there water seal tanks at both the inlet and outlet of the gas holder? I have a simple process in place: the gas comes in from the device, passes through the water seal tank in front of the gas holder before entering the gas holder itself. From there, it goes through the water seal tank behind the gas holder and then to the variable-frequency compressor. Part of the gas goes to the gas storage tank, while another part returns to the inlet of the gas holder, entering it without passing through the water seal tank in front of the gas holder again. I’m not sure if this process is accurate; please advise
What factors are taken into account when deciding whether to install a water seal before the air tank? When looking up information online, it is found that many people use water seal tanks for both import and export processes; normally, there is no water in these tanks during operation, and water is filled into them only when maintenance is carried out. Prevent gas intermixing.
