Regarding SAMA diagrams

I searched the forums – the confusion surrounding SAMA diagrams has existed for a long time, and there seems to be no clear explanation as to what the standards for SAMA diagrams actually are. The FMS22.1 standard also cannot be found anywhere~~~~ Is there anyone who knows more about this and can provide some guidance? Thank you! It always seems that representing SAMA diagrams is quite difficult, especially when CAD is also needed for that purpose. How to use a SAMA chart? Seeking expert guidance to resolve this confusion
This forum is aimed at the chemical industry, so not many people really understand it, as SAMA diagrams are generally only used in power plant projects.
Ask the people at the debugging office; they are very familiar with this.
